This past year has brought with it many changes to the Welcome Team Ministry, but none more important than our vision. In the past we have viewed the welcoming of our guests more as a "process" rather than a ministry. Each and every one of you that call RHCC home has a significant role in this ministry. As a member of the church body, our role is to help create an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness toward our guests on Sunday morning and to make information easily accessible to them. In this past year I have seen a true desire to serve, a joy in serving others that surpasses obligation. Our vision is one of servitude and selflessness. The Welcome Team thanks each of you for helping to create this sense of community and connectedness that we are all seeking. Our success is your success, in making RHCC truly a "family of believers".

For those who may not be familiar with the activities of the Welcome Team, every Sunday there are at least 17 opportunities to serve. Those opportunities include the information table, the nursery, the beverage table, ushering, greeting, scripture reading, after-service hospitality, bread baking, and communion preparation.
